HIIT / Functional Fitness – HIIT or High-Intensity Interval Training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Training studios usually mix aerobic and resistance training. HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise. These include lower body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure.
